The Salzburg Stefan Zweig University of Education is the Salzburg educational institution for pedagogical professional fields and offers well-founded and practice-oriented training, further education and further training programs that are continuously developed on the basis of professional field-related research. The PH Salzburg works on the basis of a holistic view of the human being. The whole person should be able to develop their thinking, feeling, wanting and acting through performance requirements, support and reflection on doing. Abilities, skills, maturity and independence should be developed in a climate of mutual awareness.
The PH Salzburg is the tertiary center for diversity-conscious and inclusive teacher training in Salzburg, in close cooperation with university and non-university partners with regional, Austria-wide and international networking.
