Stefan Hilber is Mobimo’s new CFO

The board of directors of the real estate company Mobimo has appointed Stefan Hilber as CFO. Mr. Hilber will replace the current CFO Manuel Itten next fall, who, as announced at the end of January, will leave the company at the end of July.
In its press release of Tuesday evening, Mobimo specifies that until the entry into function of Mr. Hilber, the vice-financial director Jörg Brunner will ensure the interim from the departure of Mr. Itten.
Quoted in the press release, general manager Daniel Ducrey is delighted with the arrival of Mr. Hilber, a recognized financial expert. The latter notably worked for KPMG in Zurich and held various responsibilities in the field of finance within listed companies including Peach Property and Warteck Invest. Since 2015, Mr. Hilber has been CFO and member of the management of Warteck Invest.
In a separate statement, Warteck Invest announced the departure of Mr. Hilber from his position as CFO next fall. The search for a successor was immediately launched. (awp)
