The advisor to the Minister of Health and Population for Media Affairs and the official spokesperson for the ministry, Dr. Khaled Mujahid, confirmed that 970 new cases that proved positive for their laboratory analyzes of the virus were recorded, and this comes within all the procedures for investigation, surveillance and important checks that the ministry conducts according to organized guidelines Global health and deaths have reached 55 new cases.
Mujahid also confirmed that according to the recommendations of the World Health Organization, which was issued on May 27, 2020, the symptoms of the virus disappear after only 10 days of infection and it is considered an important indicator of the patient’s recovery from the emerging corona virus, and also that the total number of people who have been registered In Egypt, the virus reached 151723 cases yesterday, Tuesday, including 119,635 cases that have been cured and 8,304 deaths.
It is also worth noting that the Ministry is currently continuing to raise its preparations in all Egyptian governorates, and is also monitoring the situation continuously and permanently regarding the currently spreading virus to take all important preventive measures, which help a lot in preventing the spread of the virus.
