The Council of Ministers (CoM) then changed the status of eight properties from public to private state ownership on the proposal of the Acting Minister of Defense Dimitar Stoyanov. This will allow them to be sold.
“The goal is to reduce costs for security and the obligations under the Law on local taxes and fees for the properties, as well as revenue generation in the state budget through executive actions in accordance with the Law on State Property,” said Minister Stoyanov, according to the transcript of the session of the Council of Ministers on May 23.
The specific division is in the land of the municipality of Burgas and has an area of 75,861 sq.m. There are also located in it 29 buildings with a total built-up area of 4279 sq.m. According to a deed from 2021, there are also infrastructure facilities worth BGN 14,177 in the plot, according to a reference to the decision of the Court of Appeal.
The subdivision is located in the locality “Tabite” (according to the cadastre, the name of the locality is “Okopite”).
It is approximately located between Jumbo store and Rompetrol gas station at the right turn 500 m from the main road in the direction of Burgas. The place is about 5 km from the city (ie from “Slaveykov” residential area).
