Starting today, you can file a complaint with the MTA on WhatsApp – Telemundo New York (47)

NEW YORK – Starting today, the MTA will allow its users to file a complaint or ask questions through a WhatsApp chat.

According to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, any subway or bus passenger who needs help navigating or getting around the Big Apple transit network, or simply needs to know when their train or bus is arriving, can contact the MTA directly through your whatsapp chat as announced by the Transportation Authority on twitter.

In order to use the service, one only has to access to this link with your cell phone and will be directed to the MTA Groupchat within the WhatsApp application.

As announced by the MTA, the service will be active 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In order to use the service, one must have the WhatsApp application installed.
