By 2022, fans of the saga Star Wars will discover a whole new trilogy. If the last one that ended with L’Ascension de Skywalker should be removed from the franchise guns, the Luminous project led by Lucasfilm and Disney, should introduce us to new characters and a period still little explored in the universe, namely the Haute-République. Described as an era of prosperity for the Jedi Order, it should quickly be shaken since the Sith threat is likely to make a comeback. Indeed, the novel by Alexander Freed, Shadow Fall, could shed new light since a passage describes the rivalry between the planet Troithe and that of Coruscant.
If the situation described Shadow Fall takes place after the events of the Return of the Jedi, the heyday of Coruscant could however indicate a long-standing plan fomented by the Sith at the time of the High Republic. The latter could have worked behind the scenes in order to create several inequalities in the galaxy, the rise of Coruscant and the decline of other systems being the key to their return. These inequalities would eventually lead to an intergalactic conflict, namely the Clone Wars orchestrated by Darth Sidious. According to these new clues, it is legitimate to think that one of the Sith Lords could come from a family of aristocrat linked to commercial businesses, this can give this new trilogy Star Wars, a story as political as the prelogy.
