Stanisław Żółtek was one of the most colorful participants of the presidential race. His attitude gained considerable popularity among Internet users, and at one point he even became a hero of memes. The words that were said during the presidential debate on TVP played an extremely important role in this trip.

That maybe a “bumble plus” would still be cast, because they are also electoral votes – said Stanisław Żółtek, regretting that the government is not involved in saving the economy.

After this statement, the internet was flooded with memes and jokes about the aforementioned plus. Many people declared that in the presidential election they would vote for Stanisław Żółtek. Some wrote that they liked his ideas. Others considered him a peculiar anti-system candidate, and treated their vote as a protest against the current situation. The survey results verified these announcements – Stanisław Żółtek gained 0.3 percent support.

– I didn’t get an impressive result, but I gained a lot of popularity on the internet. I will try not to waste it – said Stanisław Żółtek in an interview with Onet. He added that he would not vote for Andrzej Duda, but would consider voting for Rafał Trzaskowski, if he “expressed his support for his demands”.
