Great gesture for the employees of the St. Joseph Stift Clinic! The hospital is increasing the collectively agreed Corona special payment for its employees by a whopping 50 percent.
The federal government approved up to 1000 euros per force. Because that wasn’t enough for the collective bargaining partners in the Caritas group, all employees of their church institutions receive a special payment above the collective bargaining agreement.
The St. Joseph Stift goes one step further in order to “thank all employees in a special way for their extraordinary professional and human performance in this long, difficult time.”
Managing Director Torsten Jarchow: “You have been doing tremendous things for months under the really difficult conditions. For this we are sending a clear signal of special appreciation. “
Of course, this also applies to everyone who is not included in the collective agreement, such as cleaning staff and other employees.
