During Friday the verdict fell between Apple and Epic, where the court ruled in Apple’s favor in nine out of ten cases. Despite that, Spotify says it has very critical of Apple and its App Store, be satisfied with the judgment.
Spotify’s Head of Global Affairs and Chief Legal Officer, Horacio Gutierrez, say they are pleased that the court has confirmed that Apple has acted anti-competitive on the App Store, writes 9 to 5 Mac.
