Cairo – Masrawy:
A source in the Football Association confirmed that if the bad weather continues, the Al-Ahly and Enppi meeting scheduled for next Saturday will be postponed within the 15th round of the league competition.
The source explained in exclusive statements to “Masrawy” that Enppi club had already asked the Football Association officials to postpone the meeting.
Enppi Club confirmed that it will not be able to take training on Thursday and Friday in preparation for the match, due to the weather, and therefore it is difficult to contest the meeting on Saturday.
The source revealed that the Football Association’s Competitions Committee is studying the situation to take a decision on whether to hold the match.
The Competitions Committee decided to postpone 4 games in the 18th round, due to their residency today, Thursday, due to bad weather conditions, namely the Alexandria and Zamalek Union, the Egypt Club and Military Production, and the confrontation with the set-off against Aswan and the border guards with the Egyptian.
Al-Ahly tied in its last match against Smouha with a goal for each team, while Enppi lost to Pyramids with a clean goal.
Al-Ahly tops the league with 49, while Enppi is seventh with 25 points
