SPD Chancellor candidate Olaf Scholz – a cum-ex-Hanseatic? – website

After the first three surveys on the Wirecard scandal in the Bundestag finance committee, Scholz claimed gaps in his personal memory. Now, at the end of the year, he has to face a parliamentary committee of inquiry into Wirecard in Berlin, which wants to find out what role the Ministry of Finance played in the system of criminally organized irresponsibility around the alleged balance sheet manipulation of the DAX group. It’s about cum-ex.

But that’s not all: At the beginning of the election year 2021, Olaf Scholz, as the former mayor of Hamburg, has to face an investigative committee of the citizens. He has to explain there what the two discussions with Scholz-Warburg-Bank were about. Scholz does not remember one of these meetings. Above all, he has to say why in 2016, shortly after a phone call between Warburg co-owner Christian Olearius and him, the tax authorities dropped a reclaim from the Warburg Bank in the amount of 47 million euros. Again it’s about cum-ex deals.

What is Cum-Ex all about?

The two words come from Latin: Cum = “with”, Ex = “without”. With or without what? With or without a “dividend distribution right”. The speculations of interconnected shareholders before the distribution of dividends by an AG and after their distribution leads, cleverly manipulated, to the fact that a tax certificate is issued to the shareholders twice, but capital gains tax is actually paid once. This means that shareholders can request the state to repay their second tax return. What they wanted to aim at, after all, it is about tens of millions.

The Warburg private bank and its loyalty to the Hanseatic League

And the Hamburg private bank Warburg, which has existed since 1778, is said to have carried out such massive fraud? The Börsenzeitung on May 25, 2014 would believe it can’t: “If a company has existed for centuries, then it may have something to do with a Hanseatic corporate philosophy that puts the virtues of reason, foresight, respect and knowledge at the center of its actions. Principles with which Hamburg’s private bankers are successful today as they were then not only in their home market, but worldwide. ”That should say everything. But it is not.

Because who actually determines here? Politics or the banks? Or even the banks to which the politicians have subordinated themselves?

In Hamburg there is a discussion about what the Marxist-Leninists say: That this is typical of state-monopoly capitalism. And that means, as Willi Dickhut, thought leader and one of the co-founders of the MLPD, analyzed as early as 1977: “… the complete subordination of the state to the rule of the monopolies, the amalgamation of the organs of the monopolies with those of the state apparatus and the establishment of the economic and political Power of the monopoly over the entire society! ”¹ And what does Olaf Scholz do in it?

The virtues of the great Hanseatic

His name was not only “noticed” with the G20 summit 2017 in “his” Hamburg and the brutal suppression of the legitimate mass resistance to it. He is also closely linked to the Harz IV disaster of the SPD: After all, he was a staunch supporter of Gerhard Schröder and his Agenda 2010 as early as 2004. And from 2007 to 2009, Scholz was a Federal Labor and Social Minister in the first grand coalition Angela Merkel is directly responsible for the ongoing tightening of sanctions for Hartz IV victims.

No longer portable

There are now more and more Hamburgers and former Scholz supporters who are asking themselves the question: Is such a finance minister still committed to our Hanseatic virtues, i.e. honest, far-sighted, respectful? Nope, it isn’t.

Well, what the crisis-ridden SPD does with its designated chairman and candidate for chancellor is up to her. But what we Hamburg have to say about such a Schmuh from the finance minister can only be: Olaf Scholz, be a “virtuous Hanseatic” only once in your life. Step back! Better today than tomorrow. Just courage, as it says so beautifully in our Hamburg song from the Tüdelband: “Ischa`n Klacks för`n Hamborger Jung”!
