Spain – Switzerland 1: 0, The Spaniards and for the first time the Germans won the Football League of Nations

The Spanish footballers won the League of Nations 1: 0 over Switzerland and remained at the head of the A4 group. The others are the Germans, who defeated the home Ukraine 2: 1 and recorded their first win in the competition on the seventh attempt.

The Spaniards’ goal of the 14th minute was enough for the Spaniards to score three points. The home team of representatives from the country of the Helvetic Cross repaid the defeat from the last mutual match in the summer of 2010, when the Swiss were the only ones to win the later world champions at the championship in South Africa.

The Germans managed to win the League of Nations for the first time. In the first year, they only drew twice and lost twice, and in the current year they had indecisive results with the Swiss and the Spaniards. In Kiev, they took the lead in the 20th minute thanks to Matthias Ginter, shortly after the break Leon Goretzka raised. The home team only managed to reduce, a quarter of an hour before the end, Ruslan Malinovsky won the penalty.
