SpaceX Will Launch Three Rockets This Weekend, Anything? page all

KOMPAS.com – SpaceX will launch three rocket this weekend from three different runways starting today, Friday (17/6/2022).

The launch began by sending 53 Starlink internet satellites into orbit from NASA’s Pad 39A Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

After that, a launch from California Vandenberg Space Force Base will follow on Saturday (18/6/2022), to orbit the German military radar satellite.

The third mission returned to Florida, to launch a commercial communications satellite from the Cape Canaveral Space Station.

If successful, launch triple-play can mark flights back-to-back the most stringent by SpaceX, after the company flew three missions from January 31 to February 3.

Rocket launch Falcon 9 The so-called Starlink 4-19 on June 17, 2022, will make its 13th flight, becoming the most orbital of all Falcon 9.

Lift took place at 12.08 am EDT (1608 GMT), with the first stage of the Falcon 9 having flown nine Starlink missions and four commercial flights.

According to an Aviation Week report on June 10, 2022, the company currently aims to fly its Falcon 9 rocket at least 15 times before discontinuing it, with SpaceX so far having 21 Falcon rockets in its enclosure.

SpaceX vice president of operations and customer integration Jessica Jensen said the Falcon 9’s flight components were tested to four times their fatigue life over 15 missions.

If the first launch goes well, SpaceX will look to its launch pad at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California to launch SARah 1, a synthetic aperture radar remote sensing satellite for the German military built by Airbus.

“SARah is a new operational reconnaissance system consisting of several satellites and a ground segment, developed on behalf of the German Bundeswehr,” Airbus wrote.

As a successor system, SARah replaces the currently operational SAR-Lupe system. This new system offers significantly enhanced capabilities and performance.

The SARah launch is scheduled for June 18, 2022 at 10 a.m. EDT (1400 GMT).

Once SARah 1 is in orbit, SpaceX’s attention will return to Florida, where the company hopes to launch its Globalstar FM15 communications satellite for Globalstar, according to Spaceflight Now.

The mission will take off from SpaceX’s runway at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station at 12:30 EDT (0430 GMT) on Sunday, June 19.
