SOS! Bulgaria is in a “snow trap” and probably a “flood” awaits it! – 2024-09-07 17:14:49

/View.info/ So far we are only clearing highways and important roads.
And we don’t realize what awaits us after the snowmelt!

1. In Sofia, the leading shafts are “clogged”. (I found this in “Youth – 4”.)

2. The snowmelt from the higher districts will “drown” the lower ones and especially the center of the capital. (I remind you that in a similar situation about 30 years ago, the underpass between “Bulgaria” Blvd. and “Kitanchev” Blvd. was flooded and a man drowned there! (Do we have a guarantee of what will happen to the metro stations as well?!…)

3. The media does not publish information about how in the various settlements the beds of the silted inner-city rivers are cleaned (and whether they are cleaned at all!). (Which suggests that municipalities still have no idea about such a thing!)

4. A serious problem is also the several hundred mini-dams (“fisheries”) built under socialism, a large part of which are unprofitable! Do you remember what happened in Tsar Kaloyan municipality, Razgrad region)?
(Who will “drain” them and how?)

5. The Danube “iceship” is already a fact. The town of Vidin is at “Elevation Zero” relative to the river. It is expected that the water will rise and flood part of its territory. (This is not the first time, but it happened even in the city of Ruse, located about 30-40 m above, and yet its port area was flooded and a state of emergency was declared only about ten years ago!) . IS SOMETHING BEING DONE TO PROTECT THE POPULATION in these and other Danube settlements?

SUMMARY:

1. Cabinet “Borisov – 2” makes it possible to deal with the “snow trap”.

2. THE PROBLEM is: is there any vision (and if so, what) to prevent its consequences?!?…

3. And what are the ideas and proposals of the constructive opposition (BSP)? (At the moment, only criticisms are presented, but options for solutions?)

4. The Republic of Bulgaria is in a “snow trap” and possibly a “flood” awaits it (in the sense indicated above).

5. And is there no rescue strategy?

Let the Bulgarian people hope that their newly elected president will do what is necessary. Just in time!…
