According to information from VG from reliable sources in Germany, Alexander Sørloth and his agent have arrived in the German city to complete the transition to last year’s trees in the German Bundesliga.

Thus, it is probably only a matter of time before there are officially two Norwegian strikers among the top clubs in the Bundesliga.

Turkish media claimed on Monday that Manchester United and Tottenham have thrown themselves into the match and that the transfer could be in danger, but there should be no cause for concern.

As far as VG understands, Alexander Sørloth is in place in Leipzig with his agent, Morten Wivestad.

VG reported last week that Alexander Sørloth becomes RB Leipzig’s new striker, and the Trøndelag man may be relevant for his debut already in Saturday’s away match against Bayer Leverkusen.

Sørloth has been on loan from Crystal Palace to Turkish Trabzonspor for the past year. Trønderen has had great success in Turkey with 33 goals in the cup and series.

– I said last week that he is an interesting player. We are still working on a couple of candidates, and he is one of them, said RB Leipzig manager Julian Nagelsmann last week.

Earlier that week, Trabzonspor President Ahmet Agaoglu stated that he would let Sørloth go for 320 million kroner.

According to Transfermarkt, RB Leipzpig has never paid more than 21 million euros (223 million kroner in today’s market) for a player.

The most expensive purchase for the club is the Spanish playmaker Dani Olmo, who was taken from Croatian Dinamo Zagreb.
