Sony Pictures Animation has released the debut trailer for its upcoming film, GOAT, a unique basketball-themed movie set in a world populated entirely by animals.The film, co-produced by NBA star Stephen Curry, introduces audiences to “roarball,” a full-contact sport played by larger creatures like rhinos, which bears a striking resemblance to basketball.

The story centers on Will, a small goat with aspirations of becoming a prominent roarball player. GOAT is scheduled for release in cinemas on February 12, 2026.
