Sony officially announced, the launch date of the adventure Kratos in his latest series, titled God of War Ragnarok. This game will hit gamers in the 11th month of 2022.
“God of War Ragnarok will release on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4, on November 9, 2022,” said Grace Orlady, Sr. Community Manager, Santa Monica Studio, quoted detikINET from the PlayStation site, Saturday (9/7/2022).
Orlady also gave a little overview of God of War Ragnarok in the new cinematic video trailer entitled Father and Son. In it, the two main characters, namely Kratos and Atreus, face all challenges together.

However, Carlo Barlog, Director of Santa Monica Studio, had time to reveal a small secret related to this latest series. He conveyed that God of War Ragnarok will be the end of the story of Norse Mythology.
Balog also said, one of the reasons is because the development process itself takes a long time. For the first game only, it takes up to five years.
“There are several reasons, I think one of the most important reasons is time. The first game took five years. The second game, I don’t know exactly how long it will take. But it’s more or less the same,” he said.
He added that if you really wanted to create a third game, with a similar time frame, it could take up to 15 years. Barlog felt, it was too much and the main story became unfocused and felt too long.
