Sony has a list of games announced that people can play when they purchase a PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium subscription. Twelve PlayStation 5 titles have been announced for the service, including Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut, Demon’s Souls in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales.
PlayStation Plus will be renewed from June 22. Sony’s subscription service is getting different tiers. The two most expensive variants (Extra and Premium) offer members access to a library of games for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
That list of games has 400 titles, but not all games have been announced yet. Here are all the PS5 games in the list:
- Demon’s Souls
- Destruction AllStars
- Death Stranding Director’s Cut
- Ghost Of Tsushima Director’s Cut
- Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales
- Returnal
- Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
- Control: Ultimate Edition
- Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy
- Mortal Kombat 11
- NBA 2K22
- The Artful Escape
The list also includes games that have already appeared on the PlayStation 4. These can be downloaded on the PS4 and PS5 with the subscription at no extra cost. This includes Bloodborne, God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn in Red Dead Redemption 2.
Premium offers classics and demos
The most expensive PlayStation Plus subscription also includes access to classic games. These are games that were released for the PS1, PS2, and PS3. Also some titles for the handheld PSP will be added. In the list of classics there are titles like Syphon Filter, Tekken 2, Ico in Infamous.
With a Premium subscription, members also get access to demos of new games. They can be played for up to two hours, after which people can buy the full game. Progress in the trial versions will then be carried over to the full game. For now, Sony has announced demo versions of Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, Horizon Forbidden West, Cyberpunk 2077, Farming Simulator 22, Tiny Tina’s Wonderland in WWE 2K22.
The new PlayStation Plus subscriptions are divided as follows:
- PlayStation Plus Essential ($8.99/month/$60/year): Access to online multiplayer, PS Store discounts and access to two PS4 games and one PS5 game each month.
- PlayStation Plus Extra: ($13.99/month/$99.99/year): Everything from Essential plus access to a catalog of hundreds of PS4 and PS5 games to download.
- PlayStation Plus Premium: ($16.99/month/$119.99/year): Everything from the other subscriptions plus game demos and access to streaming service with classic PlayStation games.
