The government has undergone a reconstruction. This means that some ministers will have to say goodbye to their current positions, tasks and privileges. To wipe their tears, however, they will get severance pay, which can amount to the equivalent of three salaries.

A person who has spent at least a year in a given position can count on such funds. If it was less than 12 months, the departing minister will receive two salaries, and if he has been in charge of a given ministry for less than three months, his severance pay is equal to one salary.

But nothing for free. There will be one important condition to be met. Former ministers will not be able to undertake any work within three months. If they find a less well-paid job, severance pay will be compensated for them. But if it’s a more lucrative job, they won’t get a penny.
