Hi,
I went to the fitness studio (Schleswig Holstein) yesterday and did some sport in comfort. I often have light bleeding after exercising after extreme exertion. But yesterday I did it gently. Now my discharge is slightly discolored. Yesterday after training there was a little blood in the discharge, but that was only briefly. Does anyone know that too? Is that harmless?

I don’t know it that way. But if you tend to, it could happen because of the strong blood flow in the uterus. I had cancer screening yesterday and when I was in direct contact, the doctor said, oh the cervix is very well supplied with blood. Mini bleeding started right away. Shortly after that there was nothing more this morning in the toi corridor, the cervix was a bit brown again.
Was it brown with you or bright red? Perhaps you should stop your training for the time being and talk to your gynecologist about it.
