solberg’s journey to hockey wasn’t predetermined. His parents,both athletes,initially introduced him to football. Though, his passion for hockey quickly became apparent. He progressed rapidly through the Valerenga system and represented Norway at the U18 World Championship in 2023 and the world Juniors in 2024.
Swedish Success and a Taste of North America
This season, solberg transitioned to the SHL, playing for Farjestad, where he recorded 12 points (3 goals, 9 assists) in 47 regular-season games. He also gained valuable experience in the Champions Hockey League, notching 9 points (2 goals, 7 assists) in 13 games.His performance earned him a spot on Norway’s Olympic qualification roster and a brief stint with the San Diego Gulls of the AHL.
