This viral video shows the customer’s insolent treatment of a food delivery person and building security guard. He doused them with drinks for trivial reasons.
Food delivery services are now increasingly being used by people who want practicality in buying food, but unfortunately not everyone can be good at food delivery.
Just saying thank you is sometimes not done by customers. In the worst case, the customer can be abusive to the food delivery.
This has just been seen in a short video upload that went viral in Malaysia (27/11/21). Citing World of Buzz (29/11/21), this video was uploaded by a Facebook user named Michael Cheang.
Seen someone who was in the car recording a female customer who was standing in front food delivery person and building security. The woman showed an annoyed expression, then doused the two with the drink in hand.

He poured the drink into the chest of the two men in front of him. After that he slammed his drinking glass on the floor and rushed into the building where he lived.
“I received the video this morning, and I look forward to representing our company M-Forces Security announcing the details of this incident,” Cheang wrote in the video’s caption.
This drinking watering event occurred on November 26, 2021, at around 8 pm. At that time, a female customer from China insisted that the food delivery person could deliver her order right to her doorstep.
The building security guard then rejected the request because it was not in accordance with applicable regulations. But when food delivery person call and explain to the customer, this female customer instead “advises” the two of them.

The video shows him throwing a bubble tea drink at the food delivery man and security guard, then leaving. But both of them looked calm and didn’t reply.
“Here, I want to pay tribute to the security staff of M-Forces Security! When dealing with angry and arrogant citizens, they show professionalism to deal with them calmly and stay in their positions and responsibilities. I am proud of them!” added Cheang.
Through his upload, he also asked the public to be kind to everyone, including food delivery men and security guards whose job it is to serve. Cheang’s video has been viewed more than 92,000 times at the time of writing.

Before this incident, there was also a food delivery man who was thrown hot soup by a very heartless customer. The food delivery boy named Esther tells the chronology.
Exactly at 6 pm Malaysian time, the father received a notification to deliver food from a customer.
The food that had to be delivered at that time was Korean food from a restaurant called Sopoong. It took him 5 minutes to get to his restaurant, before he ordered his customer’s request.
