Snow is already very close to Plovdiv

A light snowfall continues to fall in the mountain hamlets of the municipality of “Rodopi”. In the region of the villages of Skobelevo, Lilkovo and Boykovo, the snow cover is about 2 centimeters. The company that takes care of road maintenance has previously sanded all the routes.

The municipal administration communicates that, if necessary, it is ready to take action to take care of the roads and provide snow clearing equipment. The snow hasn’t caused any problems so far, but travelers to these areas should be prepared for winter conditions.

Drivers should drive slower, pay more attention and not make sudden maneuvers.
