‘Smaller notch iPhone 13 can be seen on photos screen protector’

Rumors about the new iPhone are flying around us. Photos from a screen protector seem to confirm that the iPhone 13 gets a smaller notch than its predecessor.

From iPhone 13 probably gets a smaller notch than the iPhone 12. This is evident from photos of Twitter user DuanRui, which is increasingly leaking accurate information about unannounced Apple products. The images show a screen protector that would be intended for the new iPhone. The notch appears to be about 30 percent smaller than that of its predecessor.

The photos also clearly show how Apple manages that. The speaker is no longer in the notch, but moves to the bezel at the top of the device. This allows the selfie camera, Face IDsensor and other components are placed closer together. These parts therefore remain the same size. It is unclear why Apple has not moved the speaker before, because that seems a relatively simple adjustment.

Rumors of a smaller screen notch have been going on for years, but this time it seems serious. It design of the notch on the iPhone 13 leaked earlier. Also a dummy of the device shows that Apple is working on a new design. Rumors have it that the iPhone from 2023 by the way, no notch at all more.
