But neither Felix nor his manager agree with Dada’s statement. “I was there when he told Dada,” Hejátko defended the musician, confirming his words that he had announced Patras’ departure in advance.
Felix, who is very active despite his advanced age (78), justified his holiday by saying that he needs to relax and unwind from everyday life. “I went skiing with my manager and coach Vašek, who doesn’t bark at me and get on my nerves,” the conductor explained.
Staying in the mountains is supposed to help Felix cope with last year’s difficult break with painter and artist Lucie Gelemová. The relationship, which lasted seven years, was maintained by Felix despite the fact that he was and still is married to Dada.
