KOMPAS.com – An online motorcycle taxi driver named Fadly (32), a resident who lives in the Kopo area, Bandung district, West Java, who volunteers for clinical trials of vaccine candidates Covid-19 made by Sinovac admitted that there were no side effects after the vaccine was injected into his body.
However, said Fadly, he only felt heavy drowsiness and hunger. Not only that, he also felt his body temperature rise, but it was still in a natural state.
“At first (the injection) I was very sleepy, I thought I rarely slept, but I couldn’t resist my sleepiness. When I woke up, I felt good and had a high appetite,” said Fadly when contacted, Friday (14/8/2020).

Still said Fadly, after the vaccination was injected into his body, there were several taboos that should not be done. One of them is taking several types of drugs.
“There is a prohibition, what I remember is that one type of medicine is not allowed to be eaten, because it can reduce immunity. But other activities are allowed, even after being vaccinated I will continue again,” he said.

Will have another injection
After undergoing the first training on August 11, 2020. The plan is that Fadly will undergo a second injection of the vaccine on August 24.
While volunteering, his health condition will be monitored for up to six months after the injection.
“There are two total injections. Later there are five stages of monitoring, the last stage is the examination in the next six months,” he explained.
