Slavia Prague Secures Defender Samuel Isife in Winter Transfer
Prague, Czech Republic – September 10, 2025 – Slavia Prague has announced teh pre-contract agreement for the transfer of defender Samuel Isife from Dukla Prague, effective January 1, 2026.The move represents a club-record sale for Dukla.
Isife, a Nigerian international, joined Dukla from Vlašim this past summer. Slavia’s Sporting Director jiří Bílek stated, “He’s a young player with great potential.He has an excellent running fund and great parameters. We believe he can raise the competition on the right side of the defense. We knew about him during his time in Vlašim, and definitely gained from his performances for Dukla.” Bílek confirmed Isife will remain with Dukla until the end of the autumn season.
The defender began his football journey with the 36 Lion academy in Nigeria, alongside future teammates peter Olayinka, Yira Sor, and Moses Usor, before arriving in the Czech Republic in February. He made 12 appearances for Vlašim, scoring one goal, before joining Dukla.
Isife debuted in the Chance League with Dukla in the 2019 season, registering an assist in the seventh round against Hradec Králové.
