CARBONDALE, Ill. – Teh Missouri Valley Conference unveiled its 2025-26 women’s basketball conference schedule today, outlining a challenging slate for the Southern Illinois University Salukis. The declaration sets the stage for the programme’s pursuit of a conference championship and potential postseason berth.
The Salukis will open Valley play on the road december 18 at bradley,before returning to Carbondale to host Belmont on December 29. The new year begins with a trip to Drake on january 2, followed by a visit to UNI two days later.
Southern Illinois will then enjoy a five-game homestand at the Banterra Center from January 8-22, welcoming Evansville, Valparaiso, Murray State, UIC, and Indiana State. A four-game road trip follows, beginning January 24 at Belmont, and continuing with visits to Murray State (January 29), UIC (february 5), and Valparaiso (February 7).
Illinois State, bradley, and UNI are scheduled to visit Carbondale February 13-19. The Salukis will then play two games on the road, at Indiana state on February 21 and at Illinois state on February 26. The final home game of the regular season is February 28 against Drake, with the season concluding March 8 at Evansville.
All game times remain to be determined.
