“Knees hurt decently,” she said after the fall.
The famous pro-Putin singer Valeria managed to fall on stage while filming for Russian television.
A video of the incident appeared on her Facebook page.
The 54-year-old singer was descending the steps, but suddenly she stumbled and fell, discouraging the audience.
Commenting on what happened on the social network, Valeria called it “a manifestation of solidarity” with Patriarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Kirill, who fell during the liturgy in Novosibirsk.
“But seriously, this is the first time this has happened to me, I have never fallen on stage. They were filming a new TV program. The floor was dark, shiny, the edges of the steps were invisible – I didn’t see one. I’ll be more careful next time. Thanks to everyone who showed concern,” the artist, known for supporting Putin’s aggression against Ukraine, described the incident.
Previously, Valeria was one of those with whom musicians refused to perform on the same stage at the Dresden Ball in Dubai. The reason for the refusal was Valeria’s position on the war in Ukraine.
