Suara.com – Xiaomi launches a smartphone Mi 11 Ultra in March and one of its flagship features is the IP68 waterproof certification. To show off that feature, Xiaomi is rolling out the unboxi Mi 11 Ultra under water.

The Mi 11 Ultra’s underwater unboxing was carried out by a diver. This action was shared by Xiaomi via the Chinese social media Weibo this week.

The unboxing of the device underwater is a clear reflection of the success that Xiaomi has achieved in producing a smartphone with an IP68 rating that is capable of operating in extreme conditions such as underwater.

Comes with the Mi 11 Ultra and Mi 11 Pro models, both of which are supported by a waterproof rating of IP68 for a depth of up to 1.5 meters and are able to withstand underwater for up to 30 minutes.

Reporting from Gizmochina on Friday (16/4/2021), the Mi 11 Ultra’s water and dust resistance is thanks to a front covered with Gorilla Glass, a ceramic back, and an aluminum frame that is combined to prevent water and dust from entering the device.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra was previously released in March 2021 and was sold in China for around IDR 12.5 million. The handset runs on the Android 11 operating system and has a storage capacity of 8GB / 12GB RAM variants and 256GB / 512GB internal memory options.

From the photography sector, this smartphone uses a Samsung 1 / 1.12 “50MP sensor for the main camera. It is also supported by a 5x 48MP periscope camera and a 48MP ultra-wide camera.

Manned by the Snapdragon 888 5G premium chipset, this model packs a 6.81-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1440p and a refresh rate of 120Hz.

Meanwhile, the battery capacity is 5,000mAh and has been supported by fast charging. Xiaomi claims the phone can be fully charged in 30 minutes.
