The incident took place on Galgenweellaan, near Vlaamshoofdlaan on Linkeroever in Antwerp. “We were watching TV and heard a car leave with screeching tires,” says a local resident. “Immediately afterwards we heard that about four or five shots were fired. My husband saw a car being fired from the side of the track. Immediately afterwards, the three perpetrators ran and the car also left. ”
