A high-tech backpack in the shape of a shell must protect people against the corona virus. The suit called Be a Bat Man is a concept design by the Chinese architect Sun Dayong. It uses heat and UV light to sterilize itself, Diten writes.
The suit must be made of fiberglass and is shaped like the wings of a bat. The skeleton made of PVC film has also been copied from the bat. This is special, because the source of the spread of the corona virus is often attributed to bats, which could carry the virus but do not themselves become sick of it.

A grid of heat wires must run in the shield so that the shield can heat itself to 56 degrees. This temperature must be sufficient to eliminate the virus.
Dayong approaches that it is still a concept and that much still needs to be done to actually produce it. He does, however, already make his services available as a designer free of charge.
