A strange case a McDonald’s, who filed a lawsuit against the former CEO of the group, Steve Easterbrook, fired in November 2019 for having had an affair with an employee, thus violating the internal code of conduct of the fast-food giant. But that’s not all: according to McDonald’s it would have emerged that Easterbrook lied to the board of the group, since he had sexual intercourse with three employees before being fired, not just one in short. A rather serious case, the one in question. McDonald’s is now demanding that the company be returned the approx 40 million dollars which were given to the former CEO as a bonus. The discovery occurred following an anonymous complaint: it was discovered that Easterbrook sent dozens of photos and videos of naked women, including some employees, from his company email address. And again, again according to the complaint filed by McDonald’s, the ex to granted a prize of hundreds of thousands of dollars to an employee with whom he had a sexual relationship.
