“In one of the parts of Severodonetsk, the Ukrainian military ‘hold positions’, and they managed to drive the enemy out of some streets. Sometimes they even manage to take prisoners. Yesterday they took six prisoners,” he said.

At the same time, according to Gaidai, the Russian army managed to move deep into Severodonetsk today. They still control most of the city, while 20% of the territory is a “grey” zone.

“Our defenders really manage to carry out certain local military operations, achieve success in conducting these operations, and this gives us a chance and hope that this will continue to happen in the future,” the head of the Luhansk Regional Military District noted.
