Eddie Hearn is set to head back to New York with a couple of lineal championships on the same show. Matchroom Boxing and Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) are working out terms for an undisputed featherweight championship between the seven divisions and current WBC/IBF/WBO lineal featherweight champion Amanda Serrano and Erika Cruz of Mexico, who holds the belt WBA.

The bout is organized by Matchroom Boxing and will be broadcast on DAZN.

Matchroom Boxing is also working on a second undisputed championship bout of the night, between 130lbs lineal/WBC/IBF/WBO queen Alycia Baumgardner and WBA champion Hyun Mi Choi.

At the very least, Baumgardner’s next title defense is scheduled for the show, with Choi as the pick, but that fight is currently the subject of a December 12 WBA auction.

Serrano (43-2-1, 30 KOs) concluded a two-fight bout at lightweight with a return to featherweight, his mainweight, and further unified the division in his most recent start.

Serrano traveled to Manchester, England to add the IBF 126lb belt to her growing collection, following a commanding ten-round win over previously undefeated Sarah Mahfoud.

A win over Cruz (15-1, 3 KOs), who is riding a 14-game hitting streak, would give Serrano the final featherweight chip.

It would also provide Puerto Rico, the first country or territory in boxing history to claim at least one champion in every division, with its first undisputed champion, male or female.
