Serious 10-year prison sentence for Indra Kenz: lazy at work and extravagant!

Indra Kesuma alias Indra Kenz sentenced to 10 years in prison in connection with the Binomo case. The judge said the aggravating thing in the verdict was that Indra Kenz enjoyed the money from his crimes on a binge and lived in luxury.

“The burdensome thing is that the defendant enjoyed the money earned by traders in revelry and luxurious lifestyle,” President Rahman Rajagukuk said when reading the verdict at Tangerang District Court on Monday (14/11/2022 ).

Indra Kenz sentenced to 10 years in prison

Indra Kesuma alias Indra Kenz was sentenced to 10 years in prison. Indra Kenz was found guilty of committing the crime of money laundering (TPPU) and spreading false and misleading news.

“At trial, Defendant Indra Kesuma was legally and convincingly proven guilty of the crime of spreading false and misleading news resulting in consumer losses, electronic transactions and money laundering,” said the Chief Justice Rahman Rajagukuk during the reading of the verdict at the Tangerang District Court, on Monday (14/11) ).

“Sending a sentence against the accused Indra Kesuma with imprisonment for 10 years in prison,” he added.

Indra Kenz was also sentenced to pay a fine of 5 billion rupees which, if not paid, will be replaced by 10 months’ imprisonment.

“It imposes an additional penalty in the form of a fine of Rp. 5 billion, if not paid it is replaced with imprisonment for 10 months,” the judge said.
