Kuchta already worked in youth teams in Sparta. He then joined the Bohemians in 1905, Žižkov, Slovácko, Teplice and Liberec, from where he headed to Slavia in the summer of 2020. In her jersey, he scored 32 competition goals in 65 matches in a year and a half. In the 2020/21 season, he won the championship in Eden and also contributed to the triumph in the cup.
