Who are we?
We are 5PM: a YouTube Marketing Agency. We help publishers and brands to be more successful on YouTube. We provide more views, viewing time, ad revenue, leads and conversions. We started in 2018 because we believe that YouTube offers enormous opportunities and possibilities for publishers and brands. Opportunities that we exploit together with our customers! We work together with national and international clients such as; Pokerstars, Amazon Prime Video, AkzoNobel, Jacob Douwe Egberts, Mediahuis, NPO, Friends Van Amstel Live, Fairphone, ANWB and GAMMA.
What do you do as a Senior YouTube consultant at 5PM?
As a Senior YouTube Consultant you are the lead of the projects within your client portfolio. You are an experienced sparring partner for our customers, regardless of who is sitting opposite you. You think along with the customer to determine the right objectives. You present the results and propose new solutions where necessary. You will have the opportunity to design the best strategies for our customers with a lot of personal responsibility, and to convince our customers of this. In addition, you guide less experienced consultants within the various customer teams, you enjoy sharing your knowledge with them. You master the various disciplines within YouTube Marketing, such as content, data analysis, SEO, distribution, optimization and advertising. You oversee all the options and choose the right applications. Of course you follow the developments within YouTube Marketing closely, in order to always surprise our customers with the latest trends.
What are we looking for in a Senior YouTube Consultant?
You have good presentation skills and you can independently give training and courses. You have experience in guiding and motivating teammates. You are very analytical, sharp and can easily think broadly. You oversee an issue and come up with original solutions. You have a good dose of persuasiveness and you take people along in your strategic insights. You easily put yourself in the customer’s world.
In addition:
- you have completed a study at HBO or WO level;
- have 3-5 years of work experience;
- are you enthusiastic and do you have a proactive and flexible attitude;
- you have command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing;
- you are available for 32-40 hours;
- are you especially looking forward to it!
