community Nurse Plus Announces December Schedule & Ongoing Monthly Programs for Seniors
Lambrecht/Frankeneck/Lindenberg, Germany – Community Nurse Plus is offering a robust schedule of monthly programs designed to combat social isolation and promote well-being among seniors in the Lambrecht, Frankeneck, and Lindenberg communities. several programs will see temporary pauses for the holiday season, with details on resumption dates provided below.
Seasonal Pauses & Resumptions:
Several popular programs will be taking a break in December. The “My Lunch” gatherings in Lambrecht are paused for the month and will resume in January. Similarly, “Grips Gymnastics” (thinking and board games) will be paused in both Weidenthal and Lindenberg for December, and is currently discontinued in Esthal.
Ongoing Monthly Appointments:
Despite the seasonal pauses, a number of key programs continue throughout the winter months:
* Grips Gymnastics (Lambrecht): Every second Monday of the month at 10:00 AM in the Protestant community center, Marktstrasse 23, Lambrecht. No registration required.
* Grips Gymnastics (Frankeneck): Every second Tuesday of the month at 2:00 PM in the “Kaffeestubb” of TV Frankeneck, located in the old gymnasium on Im Buchental street, Frankeneck. Coffee and cake will be served. No registration required.
* Fall Prevention – “Mobile and Stable in Old Age” (Lambrecht): Every first Monday of the month at 10:00 AM. The location alternates: May through April meetings are held at the Protestant community center, Marktstraße 23, Lambrecht; from May onwards, meetings take place at the TSV Lambrecht sports field, Wiesenstraße 32, lambrecht.No registration required.
* My Lunch (Lindenberg): Every third Tuesday of the month at 12:00 PM in the lindenberg community center, Hauptstraße 49, Lindenberg. The cost is seven euros per meal (drinks not included). Registration is required four days in advance.
