Seller’s Balance Suddenly Lost, Shopee Doesn’t Want To Be Responsible

I am one of the sellers star seller at Shopee, very disappointed with Shopee. On June 16, 2022 at 8:14 am, someone withdrew my seller’s balance of Rp. 6.3 million and transferred it to my ShopeePay, then spent all of it on credit and also voucher game. This is all done without a PIN, which is supposed to be a security when ShopeePay transactions are made.

Attached screenshot from a series of transactions that I didn’t do, and were made through my ShoppePay. I never gave ShoppePay PIN, clicked link whatever, I always carry my cellphone with me. The cellphone number that I use is 0856******, while the top-up phone number is the TRI number with transaction details:

I’ve been many times chat Shopee, but no news. Just a sweet promise will be called by the investigation team, from June 16 to June 29, 2022 (I wrote this article). Is it reasonable for us to suspect that someone inside Shopee is the mastermind behind the loss of our balance? Because everything is done without a PIN at all.

Attached some chat which we have done as a form follow up us to Shopee. However, Shopee arbitrarily closed reports related to our lost balance, without any response.

I as a seller feel very disadvantaged. By doing this, I hope to get an answer from Shopee for my case. I really hope with me speak up here, then my case can get an answer from Shopee. Because if I chat, only asked to wait to be contacted by the investigation. Given the very large nominal money and the price of the goods I sell only starts from Rp. 5 thousand to Rp. 120 thousand.
