MOSCOW, October 31 – RIA Novosti. The Governor of the Moscow Region, Andrei Vorobyov, introduced mandatory self-isolation for residents over 65 and those with chronic diseases. The restrictions apply from November 2 to 15. Despite self-isolation, elderly people in the Moscow Region will be able to go to the store and go for walks. According to Vorobyov, they will not be blocked by social cards. Restrictions will also not apply to those who need to visit the hospital due to chronic diseases. People from these categories will be able to issue a sick leave from home. 524 new cases of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus infection were detected in the Moscow region per day.
