Candidates’ previous professional experience is not relevant, but they must not have been convicted of a criminal offense and must have at least a first-level higher education degree and good physical and psychological stability.

“Omega” is a specially organized, trained and equipped VP counter-terrorism unit, which performs tasks related to extremely high danger. Omega fighters are ready to respond to high-risk calls at any time, as well as constantly train to be able to perform their duties quickly and professionally in conditions of high psychological load and stress.
On a daily basis, Omega also performs other high-risk tasks, such as the release of hostages, the detention of particularly dangerous criminals, the search for and neutralization of explosives, and the negotiation of persons in crisis who endanger themselves and others, and others. .
