INDOZONE.ID – Recently, a video has circulated showing a shopkeeper kicking a toddler so strongly that he fell to his knees and then burst into tears.
This video circulated on social media and drew criticism from netizens.
“Not your enemy, bro, someone knows the location …,” wrote Bakri’s Facebook account, Saturday (7/11/2020).
In the video, a man who is a shopkeeper is initially seen serving customers.
On the other hand, two toddlers are trying to open the refrigerator door.
But at that time, one of the toddlers fell due to being pushed by the refrigerator door. Seeing that, a woman wearing a hijab, suspected to be the mother of a toddler, came and woke her child.
But suddenly, the shopkeeper ran and immediately kicked the toddler’s body next to him. As a result of the accident, the toddler was thrown and cried.
This shopkeeper was caught on camera and the footage spread on social media.
Later it was discovered that this incident occurred in Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency, West Java on Friday (23/10/2020).
The shopkeeper himself turned out to be still part of the toddler’s family who he kicked upside down. The shopkeeper is named Fariz.
Therefore, this case was not continued in the realm of law and ended peacefully.
“Because, what is the name of the suspect, the victim’s family is his brother and sister. Because there are activities of his parents in Garut, that’s why they are not at home,” said Kapolsek Cileunyi Kompol Sururi to reporters.
Meanwhile, Fariz apologized because his act of kicking a toddler until he fell over made a scene in the virtual world.
“On behalf of myself, I apologize to the victims and parents in particular, and the community who was upset by the video. This is a lesson for us personally so that in the future we can be better ourselves.
