Legendary actor Sean Connery, who played the intrepid agent James Bond in seven films, died Saturday, his family said.
The British actor was the first to bring the role of Agent 007 to the big screen, appearing in seven films in the series.
Connery was the winner of an Oscar, two Bafta Awards and three Golden Globes. Connery is also known for his roles in films such as The Hunt for Red October, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade) and The Rock (The Rock).
