Sean Connery has become a star for several generations during his long career! Unfortunately for many, the only real James Bond died at the weekend in his nineties.
The actor was a great lover of golf, which he failed after filming Goldfingers, and he pursued this hobby very actively after leaving the industry. Among other things, he met his second wife Micheline on the golf course in 1970.
The couple immediately caught each other’s eye and lived a beautiful and long life together, but the last months were not easy for Connery and his loved ones!
“He suffered from dementia and it took its toll. It was no longer life for him. Lately he couldn’t say what he wanted to say at all. His departure was very calm, he died in his sleep. I was with him even when he left this world. “That’s what he wanted,” the actor’s wife revealed.
“He was breathtaking and we had a beautiful life together. He was a perfect role model for a man. It will be very difficult without him, I know, but unfortunately it couldn’t last forever and he left in peace,” Michelina recalls with love.
