Savannah Bananas Bring Banana Ball to oregon, Ticket Lottery Now Open
EUGENE, Ore. - The Savannah Bananas, baseball’s viral sensation known for its fast-paced and entertaining “Banana Ball” games, are coming to oregon. Autzen Stadium at the University of Oregon will host the Bananas on june 27-28, 2026, the university announced Thursday.
Banana Ball isn’t traditional baseball. Marketed as a faster, more entertaining version of America’s Pastime, games feature choreographed routines, a player on stilts, and a strict two-hour time limit. The Bananas’ unique approach has proven popular,drawing crowds to NFL and MLB stadiums in 40 cities across the United States in 2025 alone. This marks the first time the team will play in the Pacific Northwest, with Seattle previously being the closest stop.
Tickets for the Autzen Stadium games will be distributed through a lottery system. Fans can sign up for the 2026 Banana Ball Ticket Lottery List until Oct.31 at https://thesavannahbananas.com/tickets/. Those selected will be notified when tickets become available for purchase.
