It is noted that this is the lowest temperature in the country over the past 30 years. Frosts were recorded in the northern regions of El Qurayyat and Arar. And in Turaifa, frosts were accompanied by heavy snowfall.

Forecasters report that the abnormal cold in the northern part of the country will last until the end of the week.

Meanwhile, according to Bloomberg, Kuwait is becoming uninhabitable. A few weeks before the peak of the heat wave in 2021, the temperature for the first time passed the 50 degree mark Celsius.
