Singer Sashka Vaseva underwent a second operation that lasted 12 hours, her husband Hristo Bakardzhiev told 24 Chassa. She is in stable condition and on command breathing, he explains.

The main operation to remove the tumor in her brain was on Monday. It is unknown whether the singer will see. Her procedure went according to the textbook and Vaseva is fine.

She was admitted to a hospital in Germany with a huge brain tumor that injured her optic nerve and subsequently blinded her. Her partner started a fundraising campaign to deal with the disease.

She is under the care of a luminary in medicine. “We wanted it to be in the best hands,” Bakardzhiev said. The doctor who takes care of her only accepts private patients who have to pay for themselves.
