Is about a measure that aims to deepen social distancing in public transport during rush hour in the context of the tightening of quarantine in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area given the sharp increase in the spread of coronavirus.
The system, which already works on the Miter Line -Ramal Tigre-, and was available to the Sarmiento since June 24, Allows you to reserve a space on the train up to five days in advance and for five consecutive days.
How to make the reservation on the train
The reservation can be made in three different ways:

“Transport is exposed to being a source of contagion”
The Minister of Transport, Mario Meoni, stated that this is a tool that allows “reducing and avoiding the accumulation of passengers, with the main objective of respecting social distancing on trains.”
“We are going to work to continue extending this service to the other train lines because we know that transport is exposed to being a source of contagion and we are carrying out all the necessary measures to care for all workers,” the official emphasized.
For essential workers only
As part of the preventive measures that accompany the extension and deepening of the quarantine, last Saturday the National Government ordered the limitation on the use of the public transport service.
