O Sao Paulo in the early afternoon of today, the Argentine Martín Benítez, a former midfielder, was hired on loan.Basque which belongs to the Independent.
The club awaited the arrival of the documentation to announce the reinforcement, which has been training in São Paulo since March. The bond will run until December 31 of this year with a purchase option in 2022.
The team published a short video showing some childhood images of the 26-year-old. “When I started to play, if I had been told: ‘you are going to play for São Paulo’, I would not believe it,” says Benítez in the narration.

The player, who has suffered from injuries in recent months, will have fitness coach Alejandro Kohan as his “ally” – the two worked together at Independiente in 2017.
